2025 Annual Report
PoliSync expanded significantly in size, scope and impact in 2025, despite a challenging funding environment across the international and nonprofit sectors. Amid global instability, growing demand for interdisciplinary, innovative and action-oriented policy solutions enabled us to move from predominantly shorter assignments towards larger, full- and multi-year collaborations with partners including GIZ, Microsoft Philanthropies and the Norwegian Refugee Council.
These developments marked an important stage in PoliSync’s evolution: from the groundwork of our first years to a stronger and more established organisation with the team, partnerships, expertise and operational foundations needed to take innovative ideas from research and dialogue through to practical implementation and measurable impact.
