Three new PoliSync hubs
Amid growing environmental, social, political, and economic challenges, there is an urgent need for evidence-based, human-centered, multi-sectoral solutions. At the same time, steep funding cuts to multilateral cooperation, humanitarian aid, and sustainable development have created both gaps and demand for organizations capable of delivering innovative, interdisciplinary, cost-efficient and action-oriented policy solutions.
This strategic focus has led to the establishment of three new PoliSync hubs in mid-2025: 1) Strategic Policy, which drives evidence-based, forward-looking, and silo-breaking solutions across policy issues, and amid mounting global pressures; 2) Humanitarian Connect, advancing integrated approaches at the Humanitarian–Sustainable Development–Peace nexus; and 3) Migration Shift, rethinking migration governance and solutions.
Together, these hubs serve as focal points for research, capacity-building, collaboration, and innovation across our global partnerships. They reflect PoliSync’s mission to break silos, center lived experience, and apply practical policy, technology innovation, communications for systems-level change across borders and sectors.
Strategic policy hub
To support governments as they grapple with irregular migration, and to foster innovation in policies and practices aimed at long-term solutions to address irregular migration, PoliSync has launched a multi-stakeholder platform for governments, international organisations, non-governmental organisations, scholars, think tanks and other relevant actors.
