Sandra Uwantege Hart

Strategist, Tech4Good, PoliSyncSandra Uwantege Hart is a humanitarian specialist and consultant with 15 years experience managing humanitarian programs with UN agencies and INGOs in over a dozen countries globally, implementing projects in cash and voucher assistance, financial inclusion, food security, and livelihoods recovery. She now works as a technical expert, advisor and researcher for local and international organizations and social impact-focused companies exploring inclusive innovation. Currently, most of her work consists of being an interlocutor between the humanitarian and technology sectors - conceptualizing, designing and managing community-inclusive, context-adapted Web3 (blockchain) and digital payment systems. In 2020, Sandra co-founded the startup Umoja Labs (formerly Emerging Impact) and is the award winning creator of Oxfam International's Unblocked Cash Project (2018-2021).

Tea Mustać is a data protection and AI governance expert at Spirit Legal, specializing in helping companies develop and implement AI technologies and establish compliance processes. She frequently conducts workshops and webinars for institutions like Beck Akademie and speaks at international conferences such as the Web Summit. Tea co-hosts the RegInt: Decoding AI Regulation podcast and is co-author of The AI Act Compact: Compliance, Management & Use Cases in Corporate Practice. Recognized with the European Young Lawyers Award (2022) and the My Data is Mine Award (2024), a fellow of the European Law Institute and the Head of Operations of the Institute for Global Negotiations, she is a respected voice at the intersection of law and technology.

Brent is an AI for Good project manager and former UN staff member with humanitarian field experience who runs humanitarian AI meetup groups in fifteen cities and manages the community's volunteer projects and Humanitarian AI Today podcast. Brent also works part-time for the University of Pittsburgh's Health and Explainable AI Research Lab and produces two health AI focused podcasts for the university.
Originally from San Francisco, Brent has been deeply involved in the tech and startup scenes and is passionate about humanitarian operations, humanitarian financing and open data sharing frameworks like IATI that are widely used by humanitarian organizations.
Humanitarian AI Today is the leading podcast series covering humanitarian applications of artificial intelligence for the humanitarian and technology communities. The five-year-old series is produced by volunteers that brings staff from humanitarian organizations and AI experts from the technology sector together to discuss humanitarian operations, applications of artificial intelligence and advances in AI.

Drawing from experience leading design teams at Dyson and founding an AI-driven health technology startup, Edd brings a unique perspective to creating solutions that are both innovative and inclusive.
Their work with organisations ranging from Google and the UN to grassroots charities has demonstrated how emerging technologies can be harnessed to maximise social impact. A design graduate from University of Arts London, Edd believes in creating solutions that go beyond functionality to bring wonder and delight to people's lives. They have worked across the UK, US, France and Italy, bringing a global perspective to social innovation.
